Another new Bike, and another new forum. Hi all!!

    Just wanna say a quick HI to everyone. Recently picked up my first vfr. 6th gen. I am loving it. I come from a history of inline 4s. Nighthawks and Hornets (599 and 919 in the US) were my favorites. I still keep a presence on their forums where there is not a lot of avtivity, but is a wealth of ingormation. I love the top end rush of an inline 4 but a few years ago I helped a buddy find a deal on a first bike and we went to check out an 84 vfr750. The moment I fired it up and heard it, I was smitten. I just wanted a more modern one. I decided on the 6th gen for the undertail exhaust. I've waited too long to have my own, but recently everything fell into place and now I'm whole.

    Why? Do I amuse you? Welcome to the Forum. You had it right on your first experience, though. I believe the very first Generation of VF's are da BEST! But I better quit while I'm ahead! Nice bike!

    Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'll admit, that pic is from the previous owner. It's just what was readily available. the only pic I've taken of it while in my possession is of my brother in law wishing it was his after a quick wipe down. I haven't even given her a proper bath yet.

    I'm looking for a deal on exhaust. Anyone have anything to get rid of? Any other mods that are necessities for a 6th gen?
