Holy close call!! That's a crazy story! Most of my close calls have to deal with other motorists and not wild life. Not to say I haven't had any close ones, but very little compared to other stuff.

    Haha, no slams for you?!!
I still wanna try so bad. But just got allergy tested and I'm afraid I cannot have the treat. Maybe I slam some Benadryl first!

Not sure if true but an Auntie has a farm mid NSW up in the mountains off the Oxley Hwy, in her rather extensive vegy garden she keeps a red belly around, it usually keeps itself hidden from humans which is a good thing seeing as my kids used to help alot in the garden come school holidays but reckoned the black snakes go the more dangerous and aggressive Browns on site driving them away ?

Don't know if you saw the one on telly a few days ago where a big roo had a dog in a headlock and the owner raced up to rescue his dog, the roo let the dog go and stood straight up and shaped up to the bloke. The bloke hit it full on with a big right cross and the roo looked at him kinda stunned, shook his head before heading back into the bush. Another on on telly this morning of a big roo that got into somebodys house and took them ages to get it out, I think it might have gone through a window to get out in the end

After all this talk, I hit a wallaby at 120kmh last weekend.
Same corner I ran over a goanna last year.
I was mid corner on a fast left hander going hard when I spotted him.
I was too leaned over to hit the brakes or do anything aggressive, so i went off throttle and tried to steer away from him.
Damed beast changed direction and I was going straight for him.
A last minute thought came to me of when my mate, who is an ex motocross champion commented on Rossi going off track onto kitty litter at a GP we were watching.
He said you have to stand up, put your weight back and don't brake.
So as a very late reaction I did the same, except I accelerated.
Went right over him, all I got is a smal crack on my front guard, and lots of wallaby fur stuck to my right fork.
And undies that needed throwing out.
Scared the crap out of me.

Nice work staying on at that speed and fortunately with minimal damage.

My thought is that if I was going much slower, I would have had trouble staying upright.
I think the momentum carried me through.
The bike did a massive head shake from the wallaby coming at an angle, but it recovered and I stayed on.
I'm making it sound like I was in full control, I wasn't, it all happened too quick.
My only clear headed decision was to not brake hard, which is what my right hand wanted to do.
But my head kept saying "don't brake, don't brake".

Glad you were okay overall, as well as your Moto. RIP underoos.

Not panic or hard braking has gotten me out of sticky situations before.

Harkening back to the OP, getting bit on the penis by anything or anybody doesn't sound like much fun.

Most dangerous thing in the U. S. is stupid politicians (OZ has that too) and gangs. At least we can shoot back at the gangs.....

The wild west is still alive and well.

I used to work in OZ and there are some very nice and civil people there. There are some not so nice and not so civil people there as well. We need another planet.....

There are vast swaths of the internet where folks like you and I would never think to visit. But I can almost guarantee someone in this dark and unexplored electronic universe has set up a website for just this fetish. I bet there's even a fancy word ending in philia for it.

The saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus porosus), also known as the estuarine crocodile, Indo-Pacific crocodile, marine crocodile, sea crocodile or informally as saltie,[2] is the largest of all living reptiles, as well as the largest riparian predator in the world. Males of this species can reach sizes up to at least 6.30 m (20.7 ft) and possibly up to 7.0 m (23.0 ft) in length.[3] However, an adult male saltwater crocodile rarely reaches and exceeds a size of 6 m (19.7 ft) weighing 1,000 to 1,200 kg (2,200–2,600 lb).[4] Females are much smaller and often do not surpass 3 m (9.8 ft).[4] As its name implies, this species of crocodile can live in marine environments, but usually resides in saline and brackish mangrove swamps, estuaries, deltas, lagoons, and lower stretches of rivers. They have the broadest distribution of any modern crocodile, ranging from the eastern coast of India, throughout most of Southeast Asia, and northern Australia.

The saltwater crocodile is a formidable and opportunistic hypercarnivorous apex predator. Most prey are ambushed and then drowned or swallowed whole. It is capable of prevailing over almost any animal that enters its territory, including other apex predators such as sharks, varieties of freshwater and marine fish including pelagic species, invertebrates, such as crustaceans, various reptiles, birds and mammals, including humans.[5][6] Due to their size, aggression and distribution, saltwater crocodiles are regarded as the most dangerous extant crocodilian to humans.[
