Seems decently priced and has some good upgrades but ultimately the price is really up to you. For comparison, I bought an 01 with 16k miles completely stock a few years ago and I paid $3k. This is a first year 5 Gen with more miles than my example but it has some upgrades. If you can get it for $2500, I think it would be well worth it.

Thank yall, I guess I am nervous, I never had a bike that had that type of mileage before, but none the less I am still super excited, I am going to see it in person tonight and if its everything thats advertised I am going to jump on it.

24k miles, it's just getting broke in, now you can ride it hard!

I second that! I bought mine with 76,000 and at 80,000 right now. Runs like a champ, Hondas (if taken care of) will last a very long time.

Just wanted to give an update, the bike was as good as the ad made it out to be, and I was able to deal with the seller, so I bought it.

The thing is an absolute beast, its vastly different then my sv650 that I had 10 years ago, so its like I am learning to ride all over again.

One of the previous owners did a front sprocket change to give it more low end, which I don't know if I am a fan of, when letting out clutch and rolling the throttle it jumps forward hard, but if I give it any less throttle it stalls, but that may be due to my current inexperience.

Thank you guys for relieving me of my doubts.

Congrats! I'd say give it some time regarding the stalling, it may just take some time getting use to. You can always swap out the sprockets later if the jumping forward is too hard to control.

Glad you were able to get the bike. I have seen a 3rd gen with over 200k on it. Rode it too, and I could not tell it from a "fresher" model. These bikes were over built. Don't shy away from one with high mileage.
