Hello and happy 4th.,it is such a good bike and I WANT TO DO SOME MODES. What are your recommendations for Handle bar raiser and frame slider?I want to try to do easy modifications myself instead of taking to local shop, I can not find a place where the frame slider could be inserted.any attachment with photo is appreciated .

I fitted the middle size bar risers (available through this forum) about the easiest mod you can do, and I am very happy with them. I did 3,600km in 4 days between Xmas and New Years and the seating position was really good. As comfortable as the VFR seats are known to be my arse was SORE!! I like the look of the T-Rex sliders and no fairing mods are needed, sorry don't have a photo but there website is very good and has HD photos of them fitted to a VFR.

I have similar T-Rex sliders mounted to my 06' model. I also have spool type T-Rex slider on my 06' ZX14. Both instructions leave a bit to be desired in my opinion, but really the installation is so simple that it probably doesn't require instructions. On the 06' VFR800A, I occasionally whack my shine on the left when uplifting my leg on launch and going to the pegs. But that only seems to occur when I have been recently riding the ZX14. There was a significant difference between the maximum torque spec in the instructions and the OEM torque specs on the Ninja. T-Rex said to follow the OEM specs and that their install instructions were incorrect. If you buy them from their eBay store rather than direct, you may save a buck or two.
