    Hi there.

I'm from a tiny nation singapore. Here we have the agent and parallel importers for this model

I am going to buy the original quickshifter but was wondering if it is a plug and play item. Without altering of the e.c.u

I asked the agent but obviously they did not want to entertain me as mine is the parallel import model.

I asked the parallel importer only to be told that they have no confirmation and it MAY need to "tune/adjust" the e.c.u

Went online to different country of honda email, only to be redirected to my local agent

Wish someone could help me out that has experience in this matter.

Weather a parallel import model could fit the honda original quickshifter.

    Thanks in advance [IMG]

    Thanks for the reply

So i do not need to temper with the e.c.u right?

Just asking if any have a picture on where to plug the sensor to?

Since i do not have support locally, i need to fit it myself.

    Any help is appreciated.

No fiddling with ECU, already designed for it. When you get the kit, it will tell you how to dress the wire on the bike and where to plug it in. That is it. Lifting your toe to shift normally will close a micro switch which momentarily kills the engine, taking all the load off the gears so you can shift with out the clutch. If you don't relax your foot right away, bike will die and you will find your face in the tank! Just take it easy at first. After you get the hang of it, you will love it. We are here to help with any questions.
Take a picture of the stock shifter position so that you can adjust it properly. Good luck.
