If it was a near miss you'd be on the ground with broken plastics everywhere. You should call it a near hit. That being said, it was't very near...

 

Your first vid link isn't working. Good awareness in the 2nd vid to avoid the clueless driver. Reminds me of an old vid I did where I got squeezed out of my lane twice in a couple minutes (see vid below at 2:15 and 4:55 marks). Be prepared for the "experts" to claim that there was either no near miss or that it was somehow your fault

See if you used clutchless upshifts your riding would be a lot smoother.

 

YEP YEP - still getting used to her, while I used to appreciate the VTEC - having to get used to it kicking in mid lean is a bit challenging. The kick isn't nearly as bad as my 2006 - but still there. Took her for a flog yesterday - much better shifting, will post a quick vid.
