Hey again everyone what does it mean if I'm getting power from the computer pin disconnected from the factory harness and in the 4th pin it lights up does that mean the circuit that excites the fuel pump and ignition coils is good?

Two things I would recommend, the factory service manual and a volt/ohm meter with various attachment wires. I would not put another computer in until the problem was traced down. Use meter to check sections of the fuel pump relay wiring with fuse removed, relay removed for shorts to ground, check relays, may need a 12v external source. Manual should have section on checking comp, and other electrical components,(at least my 2002 vfr800 does). Good luck

I already have it traced down I tested the kill switch by putting a light probe on it and switching it back and forth and kill switch is working while the kill switch was off I tested the relays and they're working as well I even disconnected the computer and left a bank angle sensor connected what the fuse in there it never popped then reconnected the bank angle sensor and it popped I even disconnected the gray connector on the ECU and it didn't pop reconnected it and it popped.

Without the wiring diagram from the service manual knowing what other components, or what wires go to what without a headache search, and if your using a light to test circuits, you need a meter to check voltage and ohms to look for grounds, cheap digital meter will do it. Can you download a wiring diagram online?

I even tried to get a code off of the computer and I was not able to based on the diagnostic port pin whenever I put a jumper wire in there the dash did not do anything and it stayed solid red FI light

Best I can tell you is unplug all wiring harness junctions, put new fuses in and connect back one section at a time, checking fuses each time, sounds like a short or possible wire connected wrong somewhere, you got a doezy

Man, hella bad luck. I know this is going to sound crazy, but have you check the kickstand switch and the run switch to make sure they are both good to go?

I have not checked the kickstand switch per se but I have checked the kill switch and that one is operating
