I know this has been covered before, but just wanted to revisit making a couple small modifications to improve comfort. I'm 6', bout 185lbs, and a 32" inseam.

One thing I was not happy with the more I rode the bike was the forward pitch of the seat. I always seemed to be sliding forward. I'd read about others putting the front up on the high setting and leaving the back on the low setting. So I found and ordered the hardware for the set collars, and now have the front of the seat on high, and rear on low. That really flattens out the seat, and gives maybe a little more room for the knees not to be quite as bent. This tweak really does improve overall comfort.

I also ordered and installed the Helibars bar risers. They put the grips about 1/2" rise, and 1/4" back. Even at that small amount of change, it's very noticeable.

Well worth the time and modest expense. Hopefully this helps anyone who might be on the fence to go ahead and make the changes.

Yeah, I've seen Motopumps has 3 different heights available. Didn't need anything that drastic, just a small tweak to improve my comfort. Honestly, adjusting the seat so it's level made the biggest difference.

I have the 1.25"riser. It helps, but what I REALLY need is to move the bars closer to my body. This would fix a majority of my ergo issues.
