    Hi,

Seems like the gen3 is great for riding even in stormy weather and sub-optimal temperatures. Got quite worn old Maxxis treads on and the bike does wiggle on transitions, patches of water and other slippery places. But staying relaxed and focusing on where you want the bike to go, helps a bunch.

Also the weight of this bike resists strong gusts of wind quite well. I managed to ride in relative comfort, for about 160km/100mi in one go, in cold stormy weather. Totalling about 480km/300mi. Quit for the day because it got dark and was still raining and windy.

I'll have to consider that :)

Tho, it was taken on my cheapo phone, so it doesn't even come close to what it looked like in real life. Sunshine was brighter and the clouds were darker... And the trees had more colour to them.

Besides the thoroughly wet riding gear and cold winds, it was a blast to ride that day..
