hello all, I recently added a 2011 VFR 1200 to my toy box. Wow....what a great machine. So well balanced with lots of smooth power.
But I don’t really get why so many people talk of unleashing 1st & 2nd gears plus removing the stock exhaust, when it’s already got bucket loads of power for road use. My other bike is a 1255cc with more of a lean towards “touring” than “sports”.
This thing is just FUN to ride.

Welcome to the best group of shade tree mechanics and story tellers on the planet Handyone! If you get a chance to post a photo or two of your new toy, I for one would love to see it.
