    Hey guys!

Having a hard time finding a solid answer on this, maybe I'm just not searching for the right thing. I'm looking at the possibility of getting a Power Commander for my bike this summer. Problem is, while I'm not new to riding, I am new to owning a FI'd bike so I wouldn't have the slightest clue about these, or which one I would need.

Fortnine isn't exactly helpful, since it says the PCV "isn't compatitble" although I know this isn't exactly true? I don't know if I want a V, as I'm not exactly looking to drop a load of money. Do older gen PCs work on the 6th gen? How old can I go, what are the pros/cons of the older PC models vs the V?

Sorry for the ignorance here, haha. Thanks in advance for the help!

The PCIII was an excellent choice for the 6G, but I think Dynojet has ceased manufacturing them, due to emissions regulations. Don't know who told you the PCV isn't compatible with the 6G....Dynojet sells them on their site, I believe.

No one told me they weren't, I just couldn't find one for the 6th on Fortnine. I did find the PCV on their website, turns out I was looking at the PCV (Ex) which didn't turn up any results for the '06. My bad!

Was able to read some of the differences and the PCV seems like the winner, I just gotta find one cheap somewhere, maybe used. $500 is a lot right now especially with all the other necessities I need for my bike this spring. :(
