Search is over. I found one for me. First, "Rote Sau" would literaly be something like Red sow, like a big female pig, or even a swine, but it has some deeper meaning for me. I like Mercedes and "Rote Sau" is a nickname for a very successful model from a Mercedes racing history. I find it somehow ok, it suits her good. Sixth generation, 2005. with 56000 kilometers, Hondas original cases and very nice service history. Tires are from last season, same.as battery, chain set from DID is one thousand kilometers old. It was changed togwther with valve adjustment. Front fork is also serviced and all that I have to do is to change all liquids. Not that I need to but because I want to. Just to be sure. And check if the chain sits nice. Everything else is pretty much unchanged serial bike. And the most important thing, I like her.
Looks brand new! Seems the PO took care of this one, heck not many do the valve adjustments, so looks like your ahead of the game. Congrats on your purchase.
After a few days with guests in my home, bad weather and no free time at all, I saw at Sunday thay Monday is going to be very sunny. With no clouds at all. Prepared myself for a ride to work and back and then, Monday morning, zero degrees Celsius, with some frost on the roada! I could not believe it. Qwnt with the car and after a few hours, sun was so high uo, I felt like I was on summer holiday. After work, first thing was to sit on my "Red" and go for a drive. And it was such a joy... There I made some more photos and I would like to hear some opinions, thoughts, ideas or even something else about it because I'll drive her next week to mechanic to change all fluids. And, if there is something else to think or worry about, I can use that time with him. Sorry for a little bit longer post, here are the photos.
