That hurt my head. That’s so wrong, it’s not even funny....
I’m assuming it was supposed to be “backyard”, not “backward”.
Also, if you find oil, diamonds, gold.....whatever on your property, it’s yours.

People finally wised up to how stupid ties, vests, suit coats, and another coat over that coat are?

Not that the other guy doesn't look like a total dork. But it's as contrived a "look" as Cary's.

Which are you going to wear to your next interview/court appearance?

Thanks for proving my point. When the only time you need a costume is around business wonks, and lawyers, that's a useless costume.

I see it as a matter of respect: you respect others by putting your "best" effort into your appearance. You respect yourself by presenting your best appearance to others.

Were you aware that any minerals found beneath your property in Canada is in fact property of the government, or possibly some corporation that holds the leases to the minerals, unless you own the mineral rights to that property. Water is an exception to that. Very few people do own the mineral rights below their property. Mostly people who are decedents of the original homesteaders. You can own the mineral rights and not the land. Water is an exception to that.

Nope, I am what I am, if you're more impressed with what I'm wearing rather than what I am, you might be riding
a Harley. And be a lawyer during the week.

Experience. Just went through transfer of mineral rights to my name after my mother passed. Our farm land was homesteaded back in the 1800's sometime. We sold the land and kept the mineral rights.

The two railways own a substantial amount of mineral rights that borders a certain distance either side of the tracks they laid down way back when on some deal they had with the government of the day. That was to entice the railroads to expand west and help make it possible for the west to be inhabited by us foreigners .

Wow, wonder how I ever made it to retirement. And those motorcycling trips to South America and
Europe, and motorcycling to every corner of the US, and having kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
And still motorcycling at 70 after spending 55+ years doing it.

Maybe you'll figure out that clothing is completely superficial, and what matters is deeper than that.
    Good luck with that one.

That’s right, sold 40 acres in Nebraska 10 years ago( don’t ask) and kept the mineral rights.
