1000 miles to and from and around the Isle of Man persuaded me that my back isn't what it used to be, and my feet forward, heavily bobbed V twin was fine for posing around town but bugger all use on a long run. So enter the new (to me) 2000 VFR in pearl conifer green.

She's not bad, just lacked a little TLC for the last year or two, so she's getting a good clean up and service, raised bars, a new seat cover and a bit of bling in the form of all-new stainless fairing fasteners (the previous owner had used whatever was lying around - imperial, metric, self-tapping screws, gaffer tape...)

Very nice! Welcome to the clubhouse. The green is a mighty tasty and exclusive color. Make sure to use anti seize compound on that stainless hardware, you will thank me later.

Never seen a green Viffer .... no pic either

Pro-bolt have a load of stainless, alloy and titanium fixtures for your bike, I’ve been checking parts #s and buying what fits for my 8th gen

Where are you in the UK? We seem to be pretty thin on the ground, the only other VFR owner I’ve met was at the VMCC South West Coast run last year
