Could anyone please confirm if they have used this battery and if it would work on a 4th Gen?

Does anyone know CCA requirements for a 4th Gen?

    Thanks for the help.

YTX-12BS is the OEM spec and rated at 180 CCA.
YTZ-12S is rated at 210 CCA, but is a bit shorter. I’ve used it before with a piece of plywood underneath to bring the terminals up to clear the battery box. I’m sure that negated the 1 lb saving. :)
The YTX-9BS is only 135 CCA. It may work but what’s the advantage?

    "Plywood"?
Why not use a closed cell foam instead? MUCH lighter.
