1986 VFR750 Carburetors

Hi all. Just bought a really clean 1986 Honda VFR750. Problem is the carburetors were junk. Previous owner evidently (tried to get things moving) pried all over them and left them unusable. Now, my problem is what to do. Can't find any on ebay at this time. Does anyone have a good set for sale or know if any of the VF750's or maybe VFR700 carburetors might work? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Any 86/87 VFR700/750F carbs will work. Even California models are just fine. Extra vent spigots on CA carbs can be plugged or routed to another one no problem. And jets can be changed.

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer the thread and looking up the carbs. Glad to know I am not dead in the water with no choices.

 

I have not used him, but https://billysoutback.com/ is a V-4 carburetor rebuilder.
