Just wondered if anyone else owns and/or carries a P938 or P938 SAS. I do....both, with the SAS. The quality, fit and finish, and carry-ability are impressive. This one will last a few life-times if even minimally cared for. The fit and finish are what one would expect from Sig. Mine is more accurate than the Baby Glock with one inch more barrel length that I traded for it. I hated the Glock with the "not so safe" trigger safety and "plasticy" feel. It was perfectly reliable though as is the P938. Perfect as in perfect. Absolutely no FTF's or FTE's in a little over a thousand rounds in both....so far. Just wondered if anyone else owned a P938 and how they like or don't like from an ownership experience. Disclaimer: These are my opinions, experience, and choices.
You can't go wrong with anything SIG. I do gunsmithing and anything to do with SIG products has always been minor stuff (missing springs, broken extractors...) I have had customers asking for trigger jobs on the 938. Honestly, they are fine out of the box and with use the triggers usually smooth up nicely.
I have to agree. They do fine work and the trigger out of the box is perfectly acceptable to me. The slide spring is amazingly strong for a pistol it's size.
