Bar risers have been fitted. Make a big difference, look totally normal and ‘factory’ and are easy to fit.
But... in keeping with my ability to balls simple things up I managed to drop one of those small plastic screw top trims (they fit into the head of the Allen bolt that bolts the bars on). Dropped it and it’s somewhere between the handlebars and the bottom of the bike. Can’t see it anywhere so a future job removing fairing panels to try and find it.

It is good to see the 8th Gen bar risers are a simple bolt on solution without any need to extend cables etc.

It will be interesting to hear your thoughts on value for money after a few months riding. On my 6th Gen, helibars came a close second in my priorities to fitting frame sliders, and I never regretted either investment.

As for the missing cover cap I suspect you will probably find it trapped in the fairings.

Probolt stuff is awesome! I am using some titanium bolts (makes it go faster :D) on my front fender and have used in various spots...

Nice bike. What is that hideous silver heavy looking pimple on the right side of the bike? Man, that thing needs to go.

Yeah the new Euro5 compliant exhaust isn’t a thing of beauty...
When I’m feeling flush I might get a Remus or Arrow or something more elegant.
On the plus side, I can’t see it when I’m riding the bike

Congrats! That is a beautiful silver machine! I love pearl white but it would be cool to see some silver 8th gens running around in the USA (or any 2019 models for that matter, LOL).

Sadly stopped doing vfr in USA a good few years ago so no chance of seeing one unless it was imported.
