What’s up everyone... been working all year like a Hebrew slave 6 days a week, un-till this weekend. Company worked us hard till the work ran out and now we are slow. i can now catch up on stuff i am months behind on. But first I decided to finally take the bike out for a Sunday ride..... went out to start it and it just cranked and cranked.

Check fuel line and plenty of fuel, sprayed with some starting fluid just to double check and no fire.

    checked fuses- all good

    Checked battery with multimeter-12v.
Jumper cables to car battery ( car not running) to be sure and same thing.

pulled spark plug and grounded it on the frame- no spark

    checked kill switch-good
    Clutch switch- good

    What am I missing?

Ugh this thing is giving me a headache. I went over everything again this morning. Switches, fuel & battery- still the same. I'm still leaning to no spark or weak spark, i'm seriously hoping i'm wrong though.

thanks i'll do that later today when i get home from work.

Bought a different multimeter today, my fluke doesn’t do diodes ...

    with that said

    diode reading -
.555, what’s the spec on it?

pulse gen ohms are reading -
    .490 between yellow wires
    “0” between blue wires.!?!

    cam pulse gen
    .480

    coils ohms
    All 4 ,3.8 or 3.9

at the current moment not sure how to check the CDI box

No change so far. Unless anyone on here can give another possible direction i'm going try to hunt down another pulse gen.

Morning Guys and Gals~Found a used pulse gen from 5th Gear Parts. Bought it for $60 including shipping. Before purchasing I did ask the company to confirm the readings and they did. Actually i found four companies selling the pulse gen and only 5th gear parts sent the readings for conformation. The others either didn't respond or just said its in spec and wouldn't send the reading to me (via email). Put it in last night and it started up. Now to put it all back together.
