Time to replace the chain without spending a bundle on a tool.

    I have the DID KM500r tool and it is indeed very nice. One thing on chain removal though, is I dont have patience to grind off a rivet and punch it though with the tool.
    If I know the chain is going in the trash can, I grab the cutoff wheel and its 30 seconds (or less) on the bottom wrung of the chain on a side plate and its off.
