    Decided to paint a mural on the inside of my showroom doors. Valentino Rossi doing a wheelie. Just got it sketched out today.

    Painting will take a while.

    No, just art brushes. I used to do a lot of art work (paintings and sketches etc) but then life got busy, so now im retired im breaking out the brushes again. Just picked up some paint today actually

    Mainly pencil/eraser, acrylic, water colour, sometimes black marker/felt tip pens. rarely oil paint, rarely pastels or charcoal although my son uses pastels

    he did this for me

    I like that. As a child, I had some talent towards art but I never really developed it. I just played with the pencils when I saw fit. I wished I had stuck with it thought and improved on what I already had.

    I am enjoying this thread.

    Only a wee bit of progress after several hours. Now I wont get much done as long as the weather is good as im into Haying season here at the farm for a while.

    Even whats there now still requires several more layers of colour, shading and hi lights to look the way it needs to . its still very one dimensional at the moment. For example, the big Monster "M"'s will need another darker shade of green added, the hands/gloves will need much more detail shading, as does the blue on the leathers and the bike fairings... it will be a long journey
