    Hi All,

I have had my VFR800F now for a year and couldn't find a good tail tidy but thankfully I work in an engineering company, so my mate John helped out and CAD it as an Ali block tapped and threaded to make a perfect one and then one of my good CNC friend (Props to you Beth!) helped out and put it through the machine.

The result is brilliant and I wanted to share it with you guys!
Let me know what you think!
And before you asked, yes I could do some again but it would be very expansive due to the fact that it has to spend 3 hours on a CNC machine plus operator cost!

The unbolt the plate holder, and cut at the red line, not higher so the step still fit into top plastic mount, beltsand it flat or smooth it anyway you can

When you take off the plater holder, you have to unscrew the square red rear reflector, that's the hole you see in the picture above, use that hole to center the tail tidy plate then, once centered and leveled, bore two holes to fix the tail tidy on. I used stainless steel M8 button socket head for for weather resistance and nyloc nuts on the other side to keep it in place without having to worry about vibration shaking it off.

Looks very nice, I'm sure it took a lot of work.
