    Hi all,

I took my bike's frame out, doing valve check, changing seals etc.

Now, I am sending the main frame for spraying, however the little plastics on the inside which old electrical harness in place will have to go... Do they clip off somehow or can I buy some replacements somewhere?

I am asking before I pull them out and break...
Also, what do you use for cleaning the engine bay, where thermostat is etc. Quite hard to clean up.

    Thanks!

The two for the linked brake lines are this part number: 90651-MAT-000, they show up as $2.50 USD each for me. The wire harness clip that goes into the frame appears to be part number: 90672-SA0-003, if you look at the partzilla picture it looks like you might be able to use something to push on the wings and remove it. Its only $7 USD though, so I wouldn't spend too much time trying to remove it without breaking it.

Tyres are pirelli angel gt 2. Not bad tyres. Rear hugger was fibre glass made, forgot the supplier name from Germany. Saves the rear shock from dirt etc.

I don't know that much stuff, but this is not a very difficult task:) step by step and you will be grand.

Hugger can be expensive:( I think i paid 135 euro, and it was not top range... Hondas are ok to work with. You would put it together ok. I will be stripping a bit of engine too, new coolant hoses, oil pipes, seals, thermostat etc...

When the project is done, I will start a new post with pictures. Front and and back end (you can see back end) was fully rebuilt from 0. Time for the mid section:) I can only do 1 day a week in the garage and waiting for parts etc so it will take some time before its done.
