Hi everyone, I'm from Adelaide Australia. I just picked up a 2001 with 46000 km. Really like the way this bike rides and wished I'd done it years ago. I've owned various Jap 4 cylinder bikes and a couple of VTR's over the years. I've enjoyed a few Triumphs and super happy with my 2003 Triumph Thunderbird 900. But the VFR is so good in all situations and that noise it makes.... I look forward to the banter and tech talk

Hi and Welcome to the Madhouse Congratulations on snagging a great looking 5th Gen which looks like it was someone's pride and joy. Extra bonus for finding a red VFR which are always the fastest. If it was not for all those state border shutdown's I am sure your VFR would be great for a road trip or two, but before you go, make sure you check out/upgrade the charging system which is its only real weakspot.
