Hello all! Bought my 5th gen a while back @ 50k miles. She runs well but my fuel economy is awful. I was able to determine that the o2 sensors were tripping the FI light. Any ideas where i should look first? I will soon be bypassing the o2 sensors with resistors to smooth my powerband. Thanks y'all from Texas here!

Could be leaking injectors. Could be out of spec fuel pressure regulator. Could be coolant temp sensor reading low (bike thinks its cold so richens mixture). There's some troubleshooting steps in the factory service manual. Could even be low tire pressure or dragging brakes, but those are easy and quick to diagnose.

What kind of fuel economy numbers are you seeing? I routinely see high 30's when I've been heavy on the throttle, but before I gave my fuel and coolant systems a good refresh I would see low 30's pretty regularly even with commuting style riding.
