    Good questions - lol

To be fair, the RR & the RT (OEM Colours) will be left 'mainly' original but that leaves the blue up for 'subtle modifications'.

But in answer to the question - they are all VERY different..

The Red - RT (Red Wheels) is my favourite - 9/10
The White - RR (Black Wheels) - 8/10
The Blue - RT (Black & Blue Wheels) - 7/10

All 3 ride lovely - they all start well, the engines are all perfect, all handle excellently, all have entirely rebuilt brake systems (front & rear) braided S/S front brake lines with the same type pads.

They have different exhaust end cans - Red is Original, Blue is cut down aftermarket & LOUD, White has the Blue Flame end can - its quite good - especially in Tunnels or underground car parks - lol.

Blue has the best brakes, the feel is excellent, travel is minimal, stops fantastically.

Red has the best engine - its just a flat band of power - absolutely turbine smooth, brakes are again ok but don't feel as good as the blue - I like my brakes to be progressive, strong, & consistent - & these are good - just if you got off the blue bike you would think they don't work - lol.

White is 'fine' - doing it an little injustice there as some work is needed to bring it up a little.
I need to do the forks (change oil / bearings), tyres are old & need replacement & the brakes have a really horrible lever travel - despite being solid - it may be the non-OEM levers on it so thats where I'll start first..

So what do I prefer riding !

All of them - I'm happy to get on any of them & if I ride one in the morning generally its a different one in the afternoon.

Other than the blue bike, they are all original 25 years old paintwork. Thats part of what I love about this model - they were made at a time when bikes were built properly with none of the penny pinching now happening..

^ yes great manufacturing and excellent engineering, (if a little over done.) My two gen3 Interceptors ride and behave differently. My favourite riding one is the 91 that I owned since 95 (bought with 4500 miles for $4500 - has 81,000 now and rides as good as new.) I don't know if I would want a third gen3 bike but if one dropped from the sky into my yard, I would probably garnish some love on it. l0l Peace
