Picked up ole #334 yesterday. Needs plenty of clean up but it’s all there. Runs super strong and electrical is good. Not a fan of the Sergeant seat so that’s up for sale.
Running 17 inch wheels and those will most likely stay but not in red … funky turn signals to be replaced with stock units …..

Nice! Let's have a close look at the rear wheel, but because of the original disk, sure looks like the 88-89 rear wheel.

May be interested in the seat, when the time comes, for my loaner/rain bike. Keep me in mind.

Congrats! Looks like a nice grab.

Whoa, those RED wheels.......... really makes me appreciate WHITE wheels (hard as they are to keep clean) !!
    Nice find !
Yes, that rear wheel looks different.
    Is that a home-made fork brace ?

Pretty sure the rear wheel is Euro 88-89 VFR. I have done that on 2 VFR's now. Bolt on, but you should switch to a 1987 shock to make up ride height difference. If you do that mod to a 1987 VFR, you install the 1986 suspension linkage (triangular 3-hole piece).

It looks like a "Super Brace"

If Capt 80s doesn't take you up on the seat, I might. I have a stock seat in good condition to trade.

    Looks like a great find.
