Wanted WTB 5th Gen 2000-2001 or 2007 25th Anniversary

For over 10 years I have loved my Yellow 2000 VFR. What a well balanced, even tempered and reliable machine. Unfortunately, I lost it in the middle of Colorado to a fire!

Looking for a replacement, I would like to simply replace it with a clean 2000-2001. As an alternate, I do like the paint on the 2007 Anniversary edition (although, not a VTEC fan for my riding style).

If you have (or know someone) one that needs to be ridden by someone who appreciates it, I am willing to pay a fair price.

I live in Kansas City, and can travel a reasonable distance to pickup. Otherwise, I will need to arrange shipping.

All I can say is "Ouch"!

I'm interested in knowing how that happened. Do you have some insight that you would be willing to share with the rest of us?

Regarding your desire for a replacement, I found mine on Craigslist this time of year and the seller was willing to take less than asking because he didn't want to store it away for the winter and go through the effort to try to sell it again in the spring (Michigan). So if you can locate one for sale in the "north" before it is put to hibernation, you may be able to get a good deal.
