Just watched his final race on NBC, tributes from all the riders and teams, very emotional. Ducati 1, 2, 3
Brilliant, you could have at least put in a spoiler alert as some of us were unable to see the racing.
Sorry, I got the news first from MotoGP news email, then stumbled upon the NBC broadcast. I assumed others had the same access. CNN has a good article and video.
Some pictures from the NBC coverage: Near the end of the race, he started and finished 10th. Front wheel elevated, drifting on his rear tire at 107 MPH. On his final lap.
There is only one no 46.. He has been truly amazing in the same way Roger Federer is for tennis, & Lewis Hamilton for F1..
An end to and era. I still say he won 10 titles, 2015 was stolen by ass hat Marquez. lol He was fun to watch for a very long time. And he has been paying it forward with all he does for new racers.
I was amazed by the support he got from other riders and other teams. Suzuki had a huge banner across pit lane congratulating him. The winner of the race was the first rider to greet him.
