I have them on a CRF450L and RVF400. I think you're paying for the name somewhat, but they are really nice hoses and the fit is perfect. One thing is for sure, you know you're getting a top shelf product. Make sure you get the right clamps, the stockers will chew up your new tasty kit. I don't buy the Samco clamp kit, I get the clamps from Moto Hose https://www.motohose.com/products/hose-clamp-kits-street

Big price difference. Other than the two extra hoses in the samco kit, is there any difference?

I just put the Samco hoses on my bike a couple of weeks ago. They seem like good hoses. Don't forget you have to buy new clamps if you go with silicone hoses, the OEM clamps aren't good on silicone.

Oh, and it is a pretty big job because you have to remove the carbs to get at some of the hoses.

I cant speak to the difference, but I can say that some 5th gen and 6th gen guys have purchased the as3 hoses and were happy with it.

I have the AS3's on mine, great quality, no issues fitting them. I used the original clamps, nothing wrong with them at all.
Those Samco's are mucho bucks.... save yer money.

I get it, but IMHO, some of that is marketing speak. I'm as anal as anybody, and if this was for show, nice clamps are nice if you want to spend the money. But once I saw how robust the silicone hoses are, and don't have soft skins like they seem to imply, I took my engineering hat off and made an executive decision. I did re-use as many true band clamps as I could from my collection, especially under the TB's, but I'm having a real tough time believing the notched style are going to be an issue for eons. I can check any of the exposed ones any time to see if there is any issue. Not worried at all, but if it concerns you, by all means use their recommended clamps.
Note, clamps used on motorcycles are usually narrower and have a lot smaller slits than the wider coarser thread automotive ones.

I use AS3 hoses on my Gen4 750. They seemed far better than the stock hoses. A fair bit cheaper than Samco.

I had to cut down one of the shortest hoses in the V by about 1.5cm, but the pre-bent shape in the middle of that one was perfect. The rest were exact shape matches and perfect lengths.

I didn't like way that the narrow stock clamps squished down into the AS3 material. So I changed to some wider stainless steel bands.

As others have said you'll need to remove quite a lot of components to reach the pipes behind the thermostat. Unless you have really tiny hands.

Im seeing a potential chewing problem from the nearest, lower clamp on hose 2 (lft to rt) into hose 1 (lft to rt). Could be depth perception but I would have turned the clamp around.

That may not have been the final picture, I tweaked clamp positions as I went... I put them where stuff wouldn't snag from contact with anything close.

The ones he recommended are the best IMHO..... another problem with the other ones in the video is that the band is far too wide. Narrower ones would have been better.
