I took my pearl white 2006 to 50k divine miles, then Satan tempted me with a BMW R1100S with only 6700 miles, hard bags, shaft drive, heated grips, that looked brand new - and I sold the VFR.... But the BMW just didn't stir my soul like VFR VTEC. After 8 months, my wife says, "Phil, I was thinking of surprising you but it's too much money to risk. I notice that you don't ride the BMW as much as you did the VFR. So I was thinking of trying to buy it back for you..." It took me a week to visit the guy I sold it to. He hadn't even gotten it out of the garage since I pulled it in. He's 72 yo and got hung up with a shop build project. We "undid the deal" and I bought it back! God surely blessed me!!! I will never sell her again :)
My '06 is a stunning pearl white, OEM cans still but with the rear sphincter baffle-ectimy, Screaming Banshee air horn, and red LED accents. _1.JPG
