    2000 VFR800 - Chasing down charging issue - Stator Reg/Rec Battery have been replaced.

    Location of fuse post Reg/Rec? Other possible faults after Reg/Rec?

    Yes, I have. Great help test on Stat and Reg Rec testing. Couldn't find info past Reg Rec.

    Perhaps search ground issues in some connectors. Also verify you don't have any melty-melty in the main plug on the starter solenoid.

    Components: stator, battery, R/R. All should be in spec.
    Wiring: power, ground, fuses, connectors. Shoudl not be melty. Good, clean connections on all.

    We really shoul dkeep the link to all of this in a sticky or whatever the kids are calling them these days!

    Info is stickied under the 5th gen discussions. Fuse is located under the seat a bit on top of the battery box. Check those connectors, things get hot
