Looking for the clutch side upper most fairing piece that the mirror is attached to. If anyone has one preferably red I would be interested as mine broke in a trailering mishap. 204 770-0818

    you know, right ?

those bits are nearly impossible to find in good condition, so.................................

you need to repair the piece you have by plastic welding or glue, we cant wastefully toss these things into the rubbish bin just because of scratches or dents.

Fully agreed, might have found one in the Netherlands but 830 euros. My issue is can this be fixed?

It’s not cracked in half just a sizable jagged hole.

Everything can be fixed. Matching that red is the hardest part. If you think you found one, it is probably cheaper in the long run to just buy it. Paint, especially red, is stupid expensive right now, at least in the US it is. And then paying for the skill to match (VERY HARD) and apply is not cheap.

sm is right... these pieces are VERY HARD to find in anything resembling semi-good condition.

on thing we learn is that after a crash or tipover, pick up and save every broken plastic fragment for a possible repair.

Much appreciated, looks to be cracked on the bottom but can’t see the extent of damage along the area. Mine looks worse but surprisingly is still quite intact except for the jagged hole. Both would be repainted which my body guy quoted 500 and 200 for the patch. Might be slightly cheaper but that would be eaten by the cost of the part itself. Decisions…. Definitely thanks for the heads up

Much appreciated, there is a full from cowling on EBAY too but I’d like to keep all stock, plus paint will be a lot more then too. Thanks again
