OK cool, so i found the same LED's on amazon so added them to the list(different name so who knows)

This waiting around for the rear subframe and painted bits, is expensive as internet shopping is too easy:Crazy:

Picked up a spare fuel pump/reg rec, chrome_MAtoNubrRv.png (probably also crap) but they can go under the seat for breakdowns

The fuel pump i have (original) pissed out of the middle where the steel bends over itself, but it was working, so i am hoping the fuel has caused the rubbers to sell and seal, Still to check.

Yes, that R/R and Fuel Pump are likely CRAP.

if anyone can help out with these sizes please , i would be very grateful. I dont even know where they are correctly supposed to go, but i can probably find that online

Other news went looking for the Blue vynil to redo my seat but the blue i got is less...vivid, so for now she will stay a black seat

On the LED front, had its MOT (UK yearly mandatory test) today and the tester commented that the headlight was really good. They test for aim/headlight pattern here too.

Nice. Here we do the mot only when transferring title....and judging by whats on the road on any given day... lights are optional:confused:

Recreating the warning lables in illustrator... would you guys be keen on the file when finished?

    Thanks man.
I tried a whole bunch of places , eventually got from a place that would ship to SA but the quality is complete sh###
and with shipping it was CRAZY expensive
But hopefully the decals are correctly sized so the painter can get accurate measurements

As for the warning labels , been scouring the web along with the old originals from my bike and come uo with this , anything missing?
    Font is pretty close

Then pistons out , air hose bled hogher... well i have rear brakes noe. Must say these brakes have been a chore...but at least im sure they are done.

So after that was done i thought myself on a roll... so carbs....

Been through them and they are clean and bench synched... i replaced the bowl gaskets with viton orings i got (thanks for the dimensions)

So lets measure the levels with it flat and a clear tube...

To simulate pump pressure i used an outboard motor fuel primer...but i did squeeze real hard...and the one bowl leaked.

I kinda packed it in after that.... The floats are at 7mm but i read here some guys are running 8 mm.

Basically i suspect it leaked because i pumped too hard... so im asking how to simulate the correct pressure from pump

Elevated fuel canister? Hose length? 1m? 2?

I am really really hoping its not the fuel transfer pipe orings

Use the correct pump. But gravity from an elevated aux fuel tank will typically expose any fuel leaks.

Ok , so this mate an i went halvies on decals (spraypainetr is going to use em as a template) thing is the decals are pretty terrible, and i am not sure the Honda wing is the correct size. If someone wouldn't mind taking a pic with a ruler of their wing on the RWB model , horizontal and vertical , as i really wanna get this right

Nope. Too squished length wise. At least as far as proportions go, not necessarily actual length. Everything should be "longer" looking.

I will show some dimensions when I get home if somebody doesn't beat me to it.

Also note how the leading edge of the wing is almost even with the front (or end) of "HONDA"
