I know this is a Honda site, but sometimes there are other makes and models that are interesting to look at and discuss.

FWIW.....I read through the comments section and saw this informative comment:

These are wonderful bikes, decent handling for the time, cool innovative features in 83, first fuel inj for Suzuki, first Turbo, first use of 16″ front wheel, first rear mono shock (full floater suspension), the 673 GS engine had beefed up internals, first use of oil cooling jets that spray the underside of the pistons (GSXR would use this), first LCD digital display (for fuel and turbo meter).. Just a very fun bike an fairly tough. The downside is really only the ferociously long turbo lag.. literally 2-3 seconds and since the compression ratio is so low, the bike has little torque below the turbo-awakened 5500 RPM, it feels like a four stroke 250 that weighs 600 lbs. My brother had a Kawasaki GPz 750 and the two bikes were almost exactly the same speed as we drag raced each other frequently. Sure looks cool and you won’t see another one unless you live near me.
