I decided to take all the HRC bodywork off the NS today and try the Rothmans look. I did the Rothmans bodywork a few yrs ago ( I have 3 sets of NS bodywork), but never put it on till now.

I still think the HRC livery is my favourite

I actually vote HRC. I love Rothmans, but a good HRC wins here! It is not the same as my Rothmans kit which has yellow number plates at the rear.
Either way that is a beautiful example you have there Stray!

I better take the bike with both sets of bodywork for a long term test to decide. You're welcome in advance.

Rothmans for me please. I rode one of these when they were first released, and then a VF1000F2 at the same time. I was amazed at how little the NS needed to lean over to take a corner that the big VF was well heeled over on. Shorter wheelbase maybe?

I have 3 sets of bodywork for this bike (2 arc and 1 rothmans ), I also have almost a full bike's worth of spares.

back when I got it in 2012, a fellow collector said to me, go on eBay weekly and buy every spare you can find, these are gonna get scarce. There was a seller on eBay , a Japanese bike breaker , and they scrapped an NS400R every week for probably 8 or 9 months and I went on a hoarding rampage. I have spares for most electronics (some doubles), all bodywork, engine cases, transmission, pistons, crank, heads etc.

I get a warm fuzzy feeling inside when I look at all my spare parts -- is that odd ?
