    Hey everyone.......happy Saturday!

These are a couple fairing stays that came with some parts I got this week. They fit the RC24 and RC26 lower fairings. They don't look factory. Does anyone know if these are aftermarket or just homegrown machined? They actually fit and work perfectly! Thanks for any thoughts.....

I believe this is Honda OEM:

Thanks guys. Wouldn't be a big deal to spray them black. Gloss Black would look best, I'd think. It's not like it's very visible unless you get right up on the bike.

I found a few more last night. One OEM that was in the tool pouch! And two made from flat stock with ELL's on each end.

This is the other version I mentioned above.

Those are actually OEM. It was a replacement style that Honda offered. While certainly not as sexy, they won't break off the fragile aluminum threaded stud in your frame if the bike is tipped over, like the original ones like to do.

Thanks....I didn't know. Appreciate the knowledge, Capt!

I did notice that several of my RC26's had them, so seems like quite a coincidence they would be homemade and end up on various bikes. Unless they were offered as an aftermarket item. But OEM makes more sense. Cool!

I'm still going through the parts that came last week. Our weather right now is brutally hot and humid so not the nicest working environments!

The good news is I'm on the homestretch with a few more things to do.

Here are some spare headlight cowls, battery covers, and tail fairings for the First Gen that came with the '83 VF750F bike. Not perfect but I can and will repair them all....
