Wanted Gen-2 ('86-'87) Fuel tank - preferably in Pearl Crescent White and no dents

Asking for a friend. His fuel tank somehow got a tear in the side. He's looking for a replacement, although I suggested he check with a local fabricator to see if he could get it repaired. Anyhoo....just in case someone has one they are willing to sell....you never know.

He's in Missouri, BTW.

I know a guy who has a new one still in the box, 1986 Pearl White, but likely going to be quite expensive. Believe it was over $800 new, and that was over 20 years ago when still available from Honda. But it sure is Purdy

 

Actually, I do too. He knows what he's got and I don't think it's for sale. Well.... not for the kind of money us schmucks can come up with.

Well if you change your mind, I still have that dented Pearl white '87 tank listed 6-10 pages back in the classifieds. "She's a Beauty!" (except for that damn dent)
