Its hard. Even when my racing days were over, I though "cool, I will keep my race bike for display". Then I just felt horrible until it sold. No garage queens, although the NSR is getting closer each day.. hahaha
Once I get back from vacation, the '94 RC36 II (?) will be going under the knife or I convert the recently purchased Hawk into a track bike. Unclear.

I did just complete a full service on my sons Hawk. She has a badly cracked tail section (tail light fell out and turn signals were busted), and general lack of maintenance. Oil, coolant, air, and some cleaning. I will commute this week on it.

 

You did an excellent job with that machine, considering your level of funding. You should make that a t-shirt.

 

Well thanks to this thread I'm at eight, as of yesterday!

 

It's got a massive dent in the tank but now that I know who can fix it. Lol
Actually I have a new tank for it. It only has 1830 miles on it, I bought it from the original owner.
