This bike has been apart far too long and I am almost there. The 85 carb assembly has two long vent hoses that I don't remember the routing. anyone have a clear picture or can describe where those hoses end up getting routed.

CA bike that has been de-smogged?

49 state bike should only have one bigger tube off of the vent cross over tubes exiting the rear along with the fuel line. It typically just points down, held by a clamp attached to one the rear carb diaphragm cap screws.

In any case, if you are certain they are just vent tubes (not vacuum) they can just point down really anywhere. Or connect them with a T fitting and point the open one down.

    Pictures might help.

regular '85 non-smog model. Two vent lines, one from each crossover tube.

They just route rearward and downward.

Really they can go anywhere that doesn't interfere with anything else.
