    Hah!!

The very first "fast" bike I rode was a 1983 VF1100C. Just started working as a lot boy at University Honda in college.

Ride at the time was my 86 VF500F. The V65 Magna was mind-bendingly fast. I remember the rear end lifting a bit with the shaft effect and the next thing was a warp tunnel with everything blurring in the periphery.

Such a good egg that Bazza

I had the same experience but with a 1100 Magna. At the time I had my CBX so when I rode that Magna it was game changing. 6 months later I bought my Vf1000f.

All this talk about big horsepower 80’s bikes made me take out the Ole GPZ for a run up Ortega Highway today… exhilarating! IMG_5888.jpg

Leaking Dot 4 oil, and what's non op tags mean? Lol

I rode a v65 Sabre once and not only is it fast but it's a big/tall motorcycle.

That looks like a Bassani pipe? They were really nice, they had an aluminum coating on them. I always wanted a GPZ1100 but never acquired one. I did have a 750 Turbo, that's one I wish I could have back!
