Bib the Michelin man is worth about 0.2 seconds per lap, but an HRC sticker will get you 5km/hr more top speed.

The Deluxe is a US-market special I believe. That one got rebound adjustable forks, traction control and heated grips (or I may have imagined all of that). Your common-garden "Plain Vanilla" got none of those, presumably to create envy of the Deluxe riders...

    Interesting comments from the seller:

The 2014, 2015 VFR’s I believe to be the pinnacle of Japanese sport touring bikes. The G8 bikes have their VTEC technology dialed in so you do not feel a sudden boost of power but a more linear progression of power. The Akrapovic slip-on really enhances the beautiful exhaust note of this bike, especially when the third and fourth valves kick in around 5300 RPMs. Obviously the beauty of the VTEC is that you get better fuel economy, and added torque at lower RPMs when you’re just touring along, but when you need to move, you just bring up those RPMs and she really pulls. I decided to remove the removable silencer tip supplied with the exhaust because it was just too quiet with it in place. I guess it’s supplied so they can say the bike is in compliance with noise standards, but it was really too quiet. In Japan, the noise standards are even quieter than the states with the stock exhaust it sounded like a sewing machine. With the new exhaust with the silencer removed, it sounds beautiful, not obnoxious just a wonderful exhaust sound. I retired last October and planned on doing some touring along with my son but plans have changed and we’re relocating to Europe so I need to sell all my vehicles. It is a hassle to try to bring vehicles to Spain, lots of fees and taxes. This bike is in showroom condition with less than 2500 miles and not a scratch on it. Bid with confidence.
