I've got a 15 vfr800 deluxe, and I'm wondering if anybody knows which ogio/ram mount ring fits the 8th gens? Ogio does not have the 14-21 in their fit guide. So I bought an or-3, the fit guide shows that if fits every other vfr up to 7th gen. I also tried to search and couldn't find anything....so here we are.

So after buying or-4, 5 & 6, I have determined or-6 is the best fit. I just need to set it up in my milling machine and turn the two rear ward holes into slots. However I did contemplate just enlarging the holes, but I have the tooling so I might as well do it right...

While mocking up the or-6 ring to measure how much to slot the holes, I realized that I could get all the capscrews in by just applying pressure in the correct direction and only threading them in a turn or two. The hardware that I found to fit the best is (3x) m4 x .7 x 35mm and (2x) m4 x .7 x 12mm. The 2-12mm screws go in the 2&10 o'clock position, you do not really need them but they do assist in securing the ring and make it look more uniform. The torque spec by fsm is 1.8 ft/lbs. However 21.6 in/lbs is more useful as ft/lbs torque wrenchs normally don't indicate that low.
