93 coolant orings

I've had my 93 for 6 years. 44,000 miles when I bought it. It was in decent shape with the usuall carb stumbles, fork seal leaks etc. Cleaned up and a total refresh. Runs like new for the past 5000 miles. My only concern is I never replaced the coolant orings.
A couple months ago I put it on the rack. Pulled the tanks and carbs. ( I had previously replaced the two rubber hoses under the carbs). Looked at every pipe joint and saw not one iota of a leak or seepage anywhere. Decided to NOT go ahead with replacing the orings.
Any thoughts or advice? When these leak is there any warning or can they blow out at anytime.
Just wondering if I made the right decision.

When I went thru my 92 VFR, the orings weren't just old, hard and flattened. There were some that were a kind of semi-hard goo and they were absolutely ready to fail big time.

Any bike that I have the carbs out and I know I haven't replaced the orings, I do it for sure.

The thing is, it very likely won't fail in your driveway. It will happens somewhere, or sometime, you absolutely don't want to fucking deal with it and it could ruin an awesome ride or trip.

They are machines and can potentially fuck you at anytime, but I'm not taking the chance on that thing I could have done when it was staring me in the face.

I guess I would say I don't think you made the right decision.

should replace the thermostat with the o-ring too, remember to clock the hole the correct direction. Was doing some serious Euro traveling. For the record, I did not disturb the pipe in the V of the motor of either of my gen threes, did replace all hoses with Samco though.
