Wanted WTB: Headlamp assy, ‘99-‘01

Sometimes fate takes a cruel turn, and I’m now hunting for a headlamp in good, working condition for my ‘00 VFR. In FL would be ideal, but not a requirement if you have good pics and are willing to ship. Low key impressed by the lengths the online scammers (both here and FB) will go to try to grab a couple hundred bucks. Copied photos, AI manipulation, bait/switch tactics, etc. I wish they would actually get a real job and work that diligently to make honest money.

I appreciate the heads up. Europe seems to have a fair amount of motorcycle recyclers vs the US.

 

Just want to add.......on the 2 most recent purchases from UK sellers shipping to me in Florida.....one of them used the eBay system which ultimately used Pitney Bowes and the part never showed up. The other was a private sale (from a FB post) and he used Royal Mail and it got here in one week.

I was given a refund on the one that never arrived - but - it was a part I really wanted, so not a great result for me.

Just food for thought in case it's of interest.
