fan staying 0n

hello all when my bike hits 105c the fan comes on and stays on till i stop and turn the bike of bike is a 6th gen 2003

If you turn the key on after shutting the bike down, does the fan kick on again?

 

The fan is controled by the thermoswitch on the back side of the left radiator. It should come on just above 100C and then shut off a little below 100C. If it is not shutting off then a faulty thermoswitch would be my diagnosis. Part number is 37760-MT2-003, should be about USD66 to buy.
