being that the test is at 3:30 ill probably have to go get a trailer from a friend. only 2 people i know that could help is my uncle or dad. and my dad is far away, uncle if he has time probably wont be off of work. ill just have to drive the truck across town to get a trailer.

 

why do you need someone to follow you to the skills test on friday?

I might be around friday..but not sure. My bike is out of commission at the moment...at least until a new chain/sprocket set arrive this week. Should have it by Thursday since it's two day shipping from Cali and is suppose to ship today. But if all that goes well I'll have her running like a champ friday by noon and it's only an hour to kzoo from jackson...plus i think some buddies are still there even though schools been out for a few weeks so they could use a visit...but who knows where i'll be on friday..not sure right now.

 

legally when you have a permit (tip) you are only supposed to ride with another licensed motorcyclist watching you. i am taking a chance in getting caught riding it now. if i show up to take the test it would be obvious that i did not have someone watching me if im alone.

The only other option to having someone watch me is to haul the bike in a trailer, pass the test, get my license. then i can drive alone according to the law in michigan.

 

I wonder if you can borrow some bodies from work and pull a weekend at bernie's....

Basically two guys get invited to their boss's summer home only to find out he's dead. So they end up making him look like he's alive tying him on string like a puppet show. Plus people would talk to the dead guy and they would nod his head to make him look like he's alive.

If you got nothing to do on a friday night watch that one! It's a classic!

 

pssh, i'm only 22 and i love the weekend at bernie's movies!!! funny stuff right there.

 

Make sure you do a crossed-up-stand-on-the-seat wheelie on the course, they love that.

We have the same law in NJ, you either trailer to the test or show up accompanied by another licensed rider.
