hey vt. im having a problem with my battery. keeps losing charge after i run the bike a few times. ive taken the baterry to get recharged and they say it s fine. any ideas? what charges the bike when its running? does it have a type of alternator?

Hey VT Viffer, had a chance to do some VT riding while I was at Americade. took ferry across Champlain near Ticonderoga , took 22a up to Addison, and then took 17 over the mountains through Buels gore to route 100, went south and worked our way over to 149 through Whitehall and Fort Anne over to Lake George. Wow is that a great route. Your lucky to have such long stretches of beautiful roads so close. Oh well, now I am back in NJ where I have to ride a couple of hours just to get to a place where I can enjoy riding a couple of hours. Keith
