Ok - maybe there was a little confusssion over wahts a pass and wahts a fail in the R/R section of the Drill.. so I updated... Hope this helps...
You have the classic Honda OEM R/R of death... .dont replace with OEM... (It would be fine if your willing to run the bike at idle all day. ;))...

Sure, its a blend of Moly/Telfon dry lube, any where a low friction shot is needed.... Inside door hinges are great, keyholes... other...

Overvoltage is definately an R/R issue.....bad luck, but will need to be replaced.. Whats the mileage on your bike?
