Yes - 6th gen triples with F4i forks will drop in to a 5th gen no problem. - Not sure about the F4i triples, but the F4i brakes will work...

I was referring to using the 8th gen rear caliper. Chances are the rear brake plate and caliper would work out.

Fan kicks in at 219 degrees F. If you are referring to Fahrenheit above everything is just fine.
First get the maxifuse. One thing that is never talked about on this forum for a direct to battery from the R/R is that you also need a fuse box...
